DARREN AND KRISTEN – LUMB FARM

THE WEDDING DAY – FRIDAY 29TH APRIL 2022

The weather was set to be one of the best days yet this year and I couldnt wait to start photographing Darren and Kristens big day at Lumb Farm in Derbyshire .

WEDDING MORNING

I met up with Kristen and her bridal party with hair and makeup in full swing on my arrival. After a quick cuppa, I set to work getting some shots of Kristens amazing dress and capturing the day starting off.

It was prosecco and croissants for breakfast as Kristen and her bridal party enjoyed a chilled out morning with lots of laughs.

My second photographer had made his way over to Breadsall Priory to meet up with Darren and his groomsmen as they got ready. Lots of laughter and a few bevvies helped Darren overcome some last minute nerves before it was time for him to make his way over to the venue.

As Kristen was helped into her Tiffany dress by her sister, she looked absolutely stunning and was literally sparkling as she walked down the stairs where she met her dad. I could see the pride and joy on his face, it was a beautiful moment.

As the bridal party started to get into the wedding car, I raced over to the venue to await their arrival.

The sun was out and the venue looked lovely. As the music started, the bridesmaids walked down the aisle followed by Kristen who walked arm in arm with her dad. There were smiles all round as the happy couple stood together at the end of the aisle.

It was a wonderful ceremony in the presence of family and friends. Darren and Kristen looked amazing together and whilst the sun shone, we headed outside to capture a few photos in the grounds of the venue.

It was a cracking reception with awesome speeches, singing waiters and loads of love and laughter with great people.

It was the perfect day and I am so pleased I was able to be part of it. Thank you so much guys and I wish you both all the best….
